Tenders are invited for Servicing and Repair of Air Conditioning Machines - 2026/2027. Applicants who are interested in this may inspect the tender documents free of charge and obtain a Sinhala medium copy upon submission of National Identity Card, along with the receipt obtained for payment of a non-refundable application fee of Rs. 1,000.00 to the Accountant of the Base Hospital Wathupitiwala. Documents can be obtained from the Medical Superintendent of the Base Hospital Wathupitiwala on normal working days from 22.05.2026 to 09.06.2026 between 9.00 a.m. and 2.30 p.m. The original and duplicate copies enclosed in separate envelopes and then reinserted in a single envelope should be submitted. "Quotations for Servicing and Repair of Air Conditioning Machines for the Year 2026/2027" mentioned at the top left corner of envelopes enclosing bids should be sent by registered post to the address: Chairman, Regional Procurement Committee, Base Hospital, Wathupitiwala, to be received at or before 10.00 a.m. on 10.06.2026 or it can be deposited in the tender box placed in the office room of the Administrative Officer of this hospital. Tenders will be opened immediately after the closing of acceptance of tenders, and the bidder or an authorized representative will be permitted to participate on the occasion. Tenders received after scheduled time will be rejected. Regional Procurement Committee reserves the right to accept or reject any relevant tender.
