The Subject Of The Order Includes Delivery, Installation, Staff Training (When Applicable), Commissioning And Warranty Service Of A Total Of Nine Medical Devices - Apparatus And Equipment, Distributed In 7 (Seven) Separate Positions (Op). The Contracting Authority Will Take Advantage Of The Opportunities Provided By Article 21, Paragraph 6 Of The Public Procurement Act, In Connection With Which, Within The Framework Of This Order, Op No. 1 And Op No. 2 Will Be Awarded, With A Total Value Of Eur 2,529,765.00. The Remaining Part Of The Order, Worth Eur 39,200.00 Under Op No. 3, No. 4, No. 5, No. 6 And No. 7, Will Be Awarded By The Contracting Authority In The Order Valid For The Individual Value Of Each Of The Items, On The Basis Of Article 21, Paragraph 6 Of The Public Procurement Act. The Estimated Value Of Each Of The Ops, Which Will Be Awarded By Individual Value, Falls Within The Scope Of Art. 20, Para. 4, Item 3 Of The Public Procurement Act. Their Total Value Does Not Exceed Eur 79,998.77 (Bgn 156,464) And The Total Estimated Value Of The Individual Items Awarded In This Way Does Not Exceed 20 Percent Of The Total Estimated Value Of The Order. On The Basis Of The Requirements Of The Medical Devices Act (Med) And Ordinance No. 7 Of The Ministry Of Health Of 31.03.2021 On The Conditions And Procedure For Compiling A List Of Medical Devices Under Article 30A Of The Medical Devices Act And To Determine The Value Up To Which They Are Paid, The Contracting Authority Requests That The Medical Devices (Me) Offered By The Participants Be Included In The List Under Article 30A Of The Medical Devices Act Maintained On The Website Of The Executive Agency For Medicines (Ema) On The Date Set As The Deadline For Submission Of Offers.
