The Subject Of This Public Procurement Is The Assignment Of Engineering - Design, Implementation Of Construction And Assembly Works And Exercise Of Authors Supervision For The Site: Rehabilitation Of Sidewalks In The Town Of Lom And In The Villages Of Dobri Dol, Orsoya And Slivata Along Road Ii-11. The Order Is Implemented Within The Framework Of Project Bg16ffpr003-2.006-0109-C01 Combined Integrated Territorial Investments (Iti) On The Territory Of The Municipalities Of Lom, Dimovo And Oryahovo, Financed Under The Regional Development Program 2021-2027. The Intervention Covers Sections Of Road Ii-11 Opu-Vidin Border - Lom - Opu-Vratsa Border From Km 23+167 To Km 46+781.19 (= Km 46+880 According To Assignment), With A Total Length Of 23.614 Km, On The Territory Of Lom Municipality, Montana Region. The Objects Of Intervention Have The Following Estimated Volume: In The Village Of Dobri Dol - Approximately 10,845 Sq. M Of Asphalt Pavement And 3,615 M Of Curbs; In The Village Of Slivata - Approximately 10,446 Sq. M Of Asphalt Pavement And 3,482 M Of Curbs; In The Village Of Orsoya - Approximately 8,871 Square Meters Of Asphalt Pavement And 2,958 Square Meters Of Curbs; In The City Of Lom - Approximately 20,718 Sq. M Of Asphalt Pavement And 15,057 M Of Curbs. The Overall Scope Includes The Rehabilitation And Reconstruction Of The Pavement Infrastructure, Including Replacement Of Pavements With Asphalt Concrete Pavement, Restoration And Strengthening Of The Pavement Base, Replacement And Installation Of New Curbs, Provision Of Effective Surface Drainage, As Well As Introduction Of Elements Of An Accessible Environment (Steps, Ramps, Tactile Pavements) And Pedestrian Safety Measures. Order Execution Includes Three Main Activities: Activity No. 1 Preparation Of An Investment Project In The Technical Phase; Activity No. 2 Implementation Of Construction And Assembly Works; Activity #3 Exercising Author Supervision During Construction. Design Decisions And Construction Activities Are Limited To The Pavement Infrastructure And Do Not Include Intervention In The Construction And Dimensions Of The Roadway, Which Is Subject To A Separate Award By The Road Infrastructure Agency. The Contractor Should Ensure Coordination With Road Rehabilitation Activities In Order To Avoid Duplication And Technological Conflicts. The Main Purpose Of The Order Is To Improve The Conditions For Pedestrian Mobility By Providing A Safe, Accessible And Sustainable Pavement Infrastructure That Meets The Requirements For Universal Design, As Well As Increasing The Quality Of The Urban Environment And Traffic Safety. ​​​​​​​
