In This Way, Conditions Will Be Created For The Fulfillment Of Obligations To Society In Shorter Terms And In Compliance With The Requirements For Environmental Protection. The Subject Of This Public Procurement Does Not Include The Costs Of The Contractor Servicing The Car During The Warranty Period, Which Are At The Expense Of And Are Organized By The Contracting Authority. These Are Activities That Are Not Included In The Scope Of The Contractors Warranty Responsibility.
