The Subject Of The Public Procurement Includes The Selection Of A Contractor To Carry Out Current Repairs In The Building Of Pgh And Hvt Di Mendeleev, Varna, Including Basic Construction And Installation Works Such As Dismantling Activities, Delivery And Installation Of Doors, Construction Of Partition Walls, Front Wall Cladding And Suspended Ceilings From Plasterboard, Plastering And Painting, Replacement And Laying Of Floor Coverings, Electrical And Plumbing Works, As Well As Cleaning And Removal Of Construction Waste. Renovation Activities Will Be Carried Out In The 1St Floor Corridor, Classrooms, Practice Rooms And Service Rooms, Support Staff Room, Offices, Library, Lobby, As Well As In Administrative Rooms. The Execution Of The Order Includes The Following Activities: Execution Of Construction And Repair Works (Crr), Including The Supply Of Materials, Mechanization, Labor And All Services And Activities Necessary For The Execution Of The Public Order, In Accordance With The Technical Specifications And The Bills Of Quantities. Warranty Liability For The Periods Of The Warranty Periods Offered By The Contractor For The Individual Types Of Construction And Installation Works, Facilities And Construction Sites, In Accordance With The Conditions And Requirements Of Ordinance No. 2 Of July 31, 2003 For The Commissioning Of Constructions In The Republic Of Bulgaria And Minimum Warranty Periods For Completed Construction And Installation Works, Facilities And Construction Sites, In Connection With Art. 160, Para. 4 And Para. 5 Of The Zut. The Activities Provided For In The Technical Specification Do Not Require The Issuance Of A Construction Permit According To Art. 151, Para. 1 Of Zut. A Detailed Description Of All Planned Activities Is Contained In The Technical Specification Attached To This Documentation - Appendix I.
