The Main Goal Of The Contracting Authority Is To Increase The Energy Efficiency In The Public Building Fund Of Mbal-Haskovo Ad And To Improve The Functional Characteristics Of The Health Infrastructure In The City Of Haskovo. With The Implementation Of The Investment Intention, The Goal Is To Reach Energy Consumption Class B, Reduce The Costs Of Electricity For The Hospital, Ensure Better Air Quality, Living Conditions And Working Environment, In Accordance With The Criteria For Sustainable Development, Improved Access For Persons With Disabilities, Ensuring Conditions For The Provision Of Quality Health Care Not Only For The Population Of The Town Of Haskovo, But Also For The Population Of The Surrounding Peripheral Areas. As A Result Of The Interventions, The Quality Of The Ambient Air Will Be Improved, A Comfortable Environment Will Be Created For Work And The Provision Of Health Services, And Energy Consumption Will Be Reduced.
