The Subject Of This Public Procurement Is The Issuance, Provision And Administration /Monthly Loading/ Of Food Vouchers On Electronic Media /Personalized Card/, In The Sense Of Ordinance No. 7 Of July 9, 2003 On The Terms And Conditions For Issuing And Revoking Permission To Carry Out Activities As An Operator Of Food Vouchers On Paper And Electronic Media, For Issuing Food Vouchers On Electronic Media, The Characteristics Of The Vouchers Issued For Food On An Electronic Medium And Carrying Out Activities As An Operator (Hereinafter Referred To As Ordinance No. 7), In Accordance With Art. 209A, Para. 2 Of The Zkpo For Employees Of Dr. Petar Beron Elementary School, Pleven. The Contracting Authority States To The Contractor The Necessary Number Of Personalized Cards That Should Be Delivered To Him, According To The Current Number Of Employees Who Will Use Them. Available Personalized Cards Are Loaded Quarterly With E-Vouchers, After Prior Request From The Contractor To The Contractor. The Request Indicates The Cards Of Which Employees (The Specific Personal Cards Subject To Loading) Should Be Loaded With Electronic Vouchers And, Accordingly, At What Value. Food Vouchers Should Be Accepted As A Means Of Payment In No Less Than A Total Of 20 (Twenty) Sites, Of Which At Least 5 (Five) Commercial Chains Of National Importance (With At Least One Site Located In The City Of Pleven), Including Grocery Stores, Supermarkets, Hypermarkets, Operating In Accordance With The Requirements Of The Food Act / Sites P Art. 2, Para. 2 Of Ordinance No. 7/09/07/2003 Of Mtsp And Mf, With Which The Participants Have A Contract. A Detailed Description, Including The Minimum Requirements For The Execution Of The Order, Are Presented In The Technical Specification To The Documentation For The Public Order. The Conditions Under Which The Subject Of The Order Will Be Implemented, The Rights And Obligations Of The Parties, Are Detailed In The Draft Contract.
