Within The Framework Of The Contract, The Participant Chosen As The Contractor Must Provide Internet Access And Protected Internet Access (Ddos Protection), A Fully Functioning Ip Vpn Network And Ensure The Smooth Work Of Building The Connectivity Between All Points That Are The Subject Of This Order. The Participant Shall Be Responsible For Its Implementation And Commissioning, Full Connectivity Support And All Aspects Of The Services Provided, Undertaking To Resolve Any Issues Arising According To The Service Parameters Described In The Technical Specification. The Contracting Authority Announces This Public Procurement By Collecting Bids With Announcement On The Basis Of Art. 20, Para. 3, Item 2 Of The Public Procurement Act. The Deadline For The Implementation Of The Activities Subject To The Public Procurement Is 12 (Twelve) Months From The Conclusion Of The Contract. This Public Procurement Is Performed In The Territory Of The Republic Of Bulgaria According To The Detailed Annex To The Technical Specification The Commission Appointed By The Contracting Authority For Consideration, Evaluation And Ranking Of The Received Proposals Will Evaluate The Most Economically Advantageous Offer Based On The Defined Criterion - Optimal Quality/Price Ratio, According To Art. 70, Para. 2, Item 3 Of The Zop. ​​​​​​​
