In Accordance With Art. 48, Para. 1 Of The Law On Public Procurement, The Technical Requirements And Characteristics Of The Subject Of The Contract Are Detailed And Comprehensively Defined In The Prepared Technical Specification, Which, Together With The Attached Project Documentation, Constitutes An Integral Part Of The Participation Documentation. The Technical Specification Was Developed In View Of The Need To Carry Out Repairs And Reconstruction Of The Roof Structure Of The Existing Building And Contains All Essential Requirements Regarding The Scope Of Activities, The Quality Of The Materials And The Conditions For The Execution Of The Order.
