The Subject Of This Public Procurement Is The Preparation Of Ready-Made Food - Hot Lunch For Vulnerable Citizens Living In The Territory Of The Municipality Of Cherven Bryag, Upon Request For A Period Of 12/Twelve/Months From Receipt Of The Contract Letter, Including: 1. Preparation Of A Hot Lunch, In A Material Base /Kitchen/, Meeting The Requirements Of The Food Law And Related By-Laws; 2. Packaging Of Ready-Made Food In A Way That Protects It From Contamination, In Single-Use Containers And Packaging Approved For Contact With Food, Guaranteeing Compliance With The Principle Of Non-Harm To The Environment. The Estimated Number Of Vulnerable Citizens Living In The Territory Of The Municipality Of Cherven Bryag, Determined To Be Entitled To Receive The Service, Is 300 Persons, Distributed According To The Protocol Of The Commission For The Selection Of Users And A Prepared List Of Those Entitled. The Provision Of A Hot Lunch Is A Single Meal, Which Includes - Soup, Main Course (At Least One Of Which Is Meat), Bread And At Least Once A Week Dessert.
