Engineering Studies – Preparation Of Inputs For The Creation Of The National Transport Service Plan (Npdo). The Subject Of The Contract Is The Preparation, Creation And Processing Of Analyses, Documents, Proposals And Recommendations For The Creation Of The National Transport Service Plan (Hereinafter Referred To As Npdo) And The Provision Of Consulting Services And Services Related To The Preparation, Creation And Processing Of The Work (Analysis, Documents, Proposals And Recommendations For The Creation Of The Npdo). Npdo Will Supplement, Clarify And Update The Existing Traffic Service Plan For Railway Passenger Transport. Analyzes Include Methodologies And All Data Used In The Preparation Of Analyses, Documents And Proposals, Including Source Codes, Processing Procedures And Raw Data. Analyzes, Documents, Proposals And Recommendations Are To Serve As Inputs Necessary For The Development Of The Npdo As Defined In §22 Of Act No. 332/2023 Coll. On Public Passenger Transport And On Amendments To Certain Laws (Hereinafter Referred To As Act No. 332/2023 Coll.) And In Decree Of The Ministry Of Transport Of The Slovak Republic No. 269/2024 Coll., Which Implements Some Provisions Of The Act On Public Passenger Transport, As Amended (Hereinafter Referred To As Decree No. 269/2024 Coll.). Npdo Conceptual Document According To No. Of Act 332/2023 Coll. Is Prepared By The Functionally Independent Organizational Unit Of The Ministry Of Internal Affairs Of The Slovak Republic, The National Transport Authority (Hereinafter Referred To As ``Nada). The Subject Of The Contract Also Includes Services For Ensuring The Interpretation Of The Results Of Analyses, Documents, Proposals And Recommendations In The Process Of Creating The Npdo. A Detailed Description Of The Subject Of The Contract Is Given In The Tender Documents And Annexes To The Framework Agreement On The Work And The Provision Of Services (Hereinafter Referred To As The Framework Agreement Or Contract).
