As part of its institutional development efforts, WPA aims to conduct a mid-term review of its 20242028 Organizational Strategy, update its strategic priorities, align programmatic documents accordingly, and strengthen internal data management and monitoring systems. Objective The overall objective of this assignment is to conduct a comprehensive mid-term review of WPAs 20242028 Organizational Strategy. In specific: Assess progress, challenges, and emerging priorities considering the current operational context. Strengthen the strategic relevance, effectiveness, and sustainability of WPAs institutional direction. Produce an updated and refined organizational strategy with clear strategic priorities and recommendations.
