Parts And Accessories For Vehicles And Their Engines – Successive Purchase And Delivery Of Filters For Trucks And Equipment Used By Rejonowe Przedsiębiorstwo Zieleni I Usług Komunalnych Sp. Z O. O. In Kielce. 1. The Subject Of The Order Is The Purchase And Delivery Of Operational Filters For Trucks And Equipment Used By Rejonowe Przedsiębiorstwo Zieleni I Usług Komunalnych Sp. Z O. O. In Kielce. The Subject Of The Order Is Specified In Detail In Annex No. 6 To The Swz Description Of The Subject Of The Order And In Annex No. 1 - Offer Form. 2. The Ordering Party Informs That The Quantities Given In Annex No. 1 To The Swz Are The Maximum Quantities That Can Be Collected During The Execution Of The Order. However, The Guaranteed Minimum Quantities That Will Be Collected Are 20% Of The Offered Quantity. 3. If The Contractor Finds That The Quantities Used In The Swz And In In The Annexes To The Swz, National Standards Or European Standards Or International Standards May Indicate The Producers Of The Products Or Their Sources Of Origin, The Ordering Party Allows Equivalent Solutions In This Respect. This Means That The Main Technical Parameters That Are Important For Achieving The Purpose Of Such Indicated Products Determine The Minimum Expectations Required By The Ordering Party As To The Quality Of The Products To Be Used To Perform The Subject Of The Contract. Moreover, In Each Case The Statement That The Description Or Feature Of The Described Product, Which May Indicate The Source Of Origin Or Manufacturer, Is Also Understood By The Contractor To Use Equivalent Products. Those With Technical Parameters Not Worse Than Those Indicated In The Swz And/Or In The Annexes To The Swz. It Is Also Allowed To Demonstrate This Equivalence With Standards Equivalent To Those Indicated In The Opz Or Generally Applicable. When Selecting Materials For Equivalent Devices And Equipment, The Contractor Is Also Obliged To Ensure That The Indicators Specified In The Opz Are Achieved And, In Order To Ensure Comparability Of Offers, Equivalent Products Must Have A Price Comparable To The Indicated Product.
