That, The Hospital Must Implement “Complementary Measures” To Ensure The Supply Of Medicines Brokered By Cenabast, Given The Repeated Stock Shortages And Non-Compliance Derived From Its Suppliers; That, For The Determined Amount, This Tender Is Located In The Section For Contracting Of Those Equal To Or Greater Than 1,000 Utm And Less Than 5,000 Utm, In Accordance With Article 36 Of The Regulations Of Law No. 19,886, Given That Therapies Cannot Be Interrupted Due To The Effects Adverse Events They Generate.
