Technical Proposal Requirements Bidders Are Required To Prepare A Clear And Structured Technical Proposal Demonstrating Their Understanding Of The Assignment And Their Capacity To Implement The Works In Accordance With The Technical Specifications, Drawings, And Boq Provided In The Tender Documents. The Technical Proposal Must Be Directly Aligned With The Technical Evaluation Criteria Defined In The Assessment Grid And Must Be Structured As Follows: 3.1Appropriateness Of The Suggested Concept And Work Plan Bidders Shall Provide A Detailed Description Of Their Proposed Implementation Concept And Methodology For Executing The Works.
