Tenders are invited for Supply, Installation & Renewal of Microsoft 365 License Package. Bids are invited by the Chairman of the Department Procurement Committee (Major) of the Telecommunications of Sri Lanka (TRCSL), No. 276, Elvitigala Mawatha, Colombo-08 for Supply, Installation & Renewal of Microsoft 365 License package. Bid documents can be purchased by the interested parties on submission of a written application to the Administration & Corporate Affairs Division of TRCSL upon payment of a non-refundable tender fee of Rs. 5000.00 in cash from 9.00 a.m. to 3.00 p.m. on weekdays till 02.06.2026. Bidders may obtain further information, inspect, and purchase the bid documents from the Administration & Corporate Affairs Division of TRCSL. Sealed bids written "Supply, Installation & Renewal of Microsoft 365 License Package" on the top left- hand corner of the envelope should be delivered to the Chairman, Department Procurement Committee (Major), Telecommunications Regulatory Commission of Sri Lanka, No. 276, Elvitigala Mawatha, Colombo-08 to receive on or before 02.06.2026 at 2.00 p.m through registered post or to place in the bidding box available at Administration & Corporate Affairs Division of TRCSL. Bids will be opened immediately after the closing time in the presence of the bidders.
