The complete financial and technical bid documents should be enclosed in separate envelopes sealed and marked FINANCIAL or TECHNICAL BID. ii. The Submitted Bids should be enclosed as original in separate envelopes and all the copies in another envelope, duly marked original and copy, the (2) envelopes enclosed and sealed in one (1) single outer envelope.
