The tender must be submitted in one (1) email including two (2) zip folders named as follows: (a) TECHNICAL BID 7000010534 Note: The technical bid must not contain any information whatsoever about the price. (b) FINANCIAL BID 7000010534 Note: The financial bid must be submitted separately from the technical bid. The tender including the technical and financial bids may not exceed a total file size of 25 MB. To submit tenders exceeding 25 MB to designated mailbox, File Transfer must be used (Annex 8) Note: The financial bid must be submitted separately from the technical bid. For consulting firms: The financial offer should be net and subject to Value-Added Tax (VAT) in accordance with Cambodian Tax Law. For appraisers: The financial offer is gross and inclusive of Withholding Tax (WHT) 15%. Withholding tax amount will be paid to the tax authority by GIZ to comply with all the given requirements.
