Key Conditions · Prices in EUR excluding VAT, in accordance with the projects tax-exempt status. · The tenderer should issue an official invoice and submit a valid deduction-at-source certificate. · Bidders must ensure their offers remain valid for 90 days after the submission deadline. · UCS reserves the right to accept or reject any bid and is not obligated to select the lowest priced proposal. Evaluation will be based on 70% technical merit and 30% financial offer. · Non-compliant or late submissions will be disqualified.
