Tenders are invited for Consultancy for Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) System Childs Destiny and Development Organization (CHIDDO) is a non-partisan, non-profitable, non-governmental and child rights focused National NGO that was founded on 25/11/2001 with the primary aim to provide quality humanitarian and development services to vulnerable children and adults. CHIDDOs Background CHIDDO had been registered by the Government of South Sudan under Relief and Rehabilitation Commission (RRC) amended NGOs Act 2016, Chapter III, Section 10 with registration No 231. It has field presence in Unity, Central Equatoria, Eastern Equatoria and Upper Nile States. CHIDDO had been implementing a holistic multi-sectoral programming approach that include; education, child protection, food security and livelihoods capacity strengthening and advocacy, WASH, GBV, maternal and child healthcare education, school meals and nutrition, climate change adaptation and clean energy. As CHIDDO gradually grows, there is a need to strengthen its internal systems for efficient and transparent financial management, human resources, procurement and supply chain, and programmatic quality assurance and effective tracking measures. CHIDDOs operations rely on a combination of manual processes and standalone digital tools, resulting in inefficiencies, data duplication and limited real-time reporting. To improve accountability, transparency,and efficiency, CHIDDO seeks to procure and implement an integrated Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) system.
