COLLECTION AND SUBMISSION OF TENDER DOCUMENTS Interested bidders are to pay non-refundable tender fee of Five Hundred Thousand Naira (N500, 000.00) only at Jigawa state Board of internal revenue and present evidence of payment to Procurement office of the Jigawa state water Board for collection of bidding document at Shuwarin, Dutse from the date of publication of the advert and between 9:00am to 4:00pm Mondays to Fridays, except on public holidays. D. SUBMISSION OF TENDER DOCUMENT An original copy and a duplicates of companys profile shall be enclosed in a separate envelope and a signed bid submission letter on the companys letter head with attached bills, original copy of bid security of not less than 2% of the total bid price in form of Bank Guarantee or Insurance Bond and a copy of the sworn Affidavit in the original envelope and should be enclosed in one large envelope addressed to The Managing Director, Jigawa state water Board, Shuwarin, Dutse, Jigawa state.
