The Object Of The Procurement Is The Purchase Of An Aerial Photography Service For The City Of Helsinki. With The Help Of The Procured Service, The Subscriber Buys The Necessary Number Of Oblique Aerial Photos From The Suppliers Image Options. The Customers Are The Different Industries Of The City Of Helsinki (E.G. Regional Planning Of The City Office, The Urban Environment Industry) And The Citys Business Establishments. The Aerial Photography Service Includes Oblique Aerial Photography Services Of Areas And Individual Objects. Typically, Previously Purchased Aerial Photos Have Been Related To Developing Neighborhoods Or Other Significant Regional Entities Under Construction Or Individual Buildings. The Aerial Photography Service Applies To Oblique Aerial Photography From A Height Of At Least 250 Meters. The Filming Service Covers The Area Of The City Of Helsinki. The Procurement Is Carried Out As A Framework Arrangement In Order Of Priority, In Which Two (2) Contract Suppliers Are Selected Based On The Overall Economic Advantage, Unless There Are Fewer Bidders Who Meet The Requirements. In The Framework Arrangement, The Bidder Who Has Submitted The Most Economically Advantageous Bid Is The First In The Order Of Priority, And The Second Most Advantageous Bidder Is The Second. The Predicted Value Includes The Actual Contract Period Of Two (2) Years And Additionally One (1) Two (2) Year Option Period. The Subscriber Decides On The Option Period Separately Three (3) Months Before The End Of The Actual Contract Period. The Suppliers Selected For The Framework Arrangement Do Not Have Exclusive Rights To The Procurements That Are The Subject Of The Framework Arrangement, But The Customer Has The Right To Acquire The Same Procurement Object Also From Outside This Framework Arrangement. In Addition, The Customer Can Purchase A Small Amount Of Services Outside The Procurement Program, But Belonging To The Same Product And Service Category.
