Tenders Are Invited For Acquisition And Planting Of Vegetation For The Service Centers Environment

The Municipality Of Tuusula Requests An Offer For The Construction Contract, Which Includes The Procurement And Planting Of Vegetation Around The Service Center Särmä, Which Will Be Opened In The Fall Of 2026 In Hyrylä, Tuusula, As Well As Warranty Maintenance. The Selected Contractor Acts As The Main Implementer Of The Items. The Content Of The Contract Is Stated In The Attached Documents. The Offer Is Given As Unit Prices. Each Unit Price Is Completely Independent And Independent Of The Others. The Unit Price Must Include All The Necessary Costs To Complete The Construction Of The Unit; Such As, For Example, Digging Of Planting Pits, Retaining Walls, Coverings, Possible Protective Fences, The Work Itself, Watering, Maintenance During The Warranty Period, Management Costs And The Necessary Site Use And Common Costs And Overheads. The Planting Areas Are Ready And Soiled By The Customer According To The Plans. The Quantities Presented In The Catalog Are Estimates And Not Binding On The Customer. The Customer Reserves The Right To Increase Or Decrease The Quantities According To The List By Up To 50%, So That It Does Not Affect The Offered Unit Prices. The Contractor Prepares A Warranty Period Maintenance Plan For The Object. The Plan And The Execution Of The Work Must Be Based On The Vkt 2021 Publication Of The Green Environment Association. The Plan Is Approved By The Client. The Prices Are Presented In Euros Without Vat, (Vat 0%). 90% Of The Unit Price Is Paid After The Approved Work Performance, 5% After The Approval Of The First Year Of Care And 5% After The Care Responsibility Is Found To Have Ended. The Project Must Be Completed During 2026.
