The City Of Imatra Is Looking For A Service Provider For Graphic Design Services. The Procurement Establishes A Framework Arrangement For Which 2 Service Providers Are Selected In Order Of Priority. Primarily Ordered From The 1St Service Provider. The Contract Period Is Estimated To Be From 1 November 2026 To 31 October 2030. The Contract Terms Are Jyse 2025 Services. The Value Of The Procurement Exceeds The National Threshold Value According To Section 25 Of The Procurement Act (1397/2016). Graphic Design Includes, For Example, The Design Of The Visual Appearance Of Projects, Programs And Campaigns And The Creation Of Their Graphic Instructions, As Well As Implementations According To The Finished Visual Appearance, Such As The Design Of Various Printed And Electronic Products In Accordance With The Visual Instructions Of The City Of Imatra And The Implementation Into Finished Material Or Products. These Materials And Products Include, For Example, Brochures, Publications, Invitations, Roll Ups, Slideshow Templates, Presentation Graphics, Web Banners, Etc. Electronic Implementations. Response Time For Urgent Work Is 2-3 Business Days. If The Service Provider Is Unable To Meet This Response Time At The Time Of The Order, The Customer Has The Right To Order The Work Elsewhere. The Delivery Time Of Other Works Will Be Negotiated Separately, And The Response Time Must Be Reasonable In Relation To The Size Of The Work. The City Of Imatra Does Not Substantially Change The Overall Visual Appearance Of The Work (Tones, Fonts), But Reserves The Right To Change The Size And Text Content Of The Work, As Well As To Position The Title, Images/Illustrations And Other Possible Materials Of The Work For Possible Further Use And With Different Forms Of Advertising In Mind. The Company Must Have Similar Clients. A List Of 3 Reference Companies From The Past Three Years Must Be Attached To The Offer. The Tenderers Personnel Have Sufficient Education And Competence In Terms Of The Work To Be Ordered, Either A Higher Education In The Field Or A Lower Education Combined With Sufficient Experience (Min. Five Years In The Field). The Tenderer Must Nominate A Responsible Person And His Deputy, Who Will Also Make The Work Sample Required In The Evaluation Of The Tenders. The Selection Criteria For The Offers Is Overall Economic Affordability And The Comparison Basis Is The Best Price-Quality Ratio. The Weight Of Price Is 50% And Quality 50%. The Comparison Price Consists Of The Hourly Price Of The Service, Which Includes All Costs. The Quality Is Evaluated Based On The Required Work Sample, The Instructions And Evaluation Of Which Are In Appendix 1. The Evaluation Is Performed By The Customers Experts.
