Tenders Are Invited For Investigation Into The Treatment Of Financial Consequences Of Planning Proposals

The Ministry Of Local Government And District Affairs Needs A Theoretical Review And Analysis Of The Economic Effects Of Private Development Proposals, Both Socio-Economic And Municipal Economic. The Investigation Will Give Kdd More Knowledge About Which Societal And Municipal Economic Effects Can Be Triggered When Plans, And Especially Privately Initiated Regulatory Plans, Are Implemented, And Which The Municipality Should Therefore Be Aware Of When The Plan Is Drawn Up And Processed. The Investigation Must Collate Existing Knowledge And Experience, And May Well Be Based On A Selection Of Cases, For Example On Various Planning Proposals That Provide For New Industry Or Housing. The Cases Can Illustrate Situations Both Where This Type Of Economic Effects Have, Or Have Not Sufficiently Been Expressed In The Decision-Making Process. On The Basis Of The Review, Possible Measures Should Be Pointed Out To Better Highlight The Social And Municipal Economic Effects Of A Planning Proposal. Proposals For Measures Must Be Suitable To Supplement The Case Investigation In All Planning Processes, Including Those That Trigger A Requirement For An Investigation In Accordance With The Regulations On Impact Investigations Of 21 June 2017 (Ku Regulations). At The Same Time, It Must Be So Simple That It Is Not Perceived As A New Administrative Burden. The Final Delivery Deadline For The Agreement Is 12 October 2026.
