Exeter City Council Is Seeking To Award A Contract For Design, Manufacture And Install A New Mrf Processing Line At A New Mrf Adjacent To Its Existing Facility At Exton Road, Exeter, Ex2 8Nr.The New Plant Is Expected To Be Able To Handle 10,500 Tonnes Per Annum (Over 1 X 7.5 Hour Day Shift, 5 Operational Days Per Week) Of Co-Mingled Or Source Separated Mixed Dry Recyclable Material.The Contract Period Will Be From The Commencement Of Contract Until Completion And The Two-Year Warranty Period Has Expired. The Council May Choose To Award An Optional Maintenance Contract, Following The Expiry Of The Two-Year Warranty Period, To The Successful Supplier For An Initial Period Of Three Years With The Option To Add A Further Two Years. The Council Is Using The Competitive Flexible Procedure Process To Run This Procurement And The Process Will Be Run Over A Minimum Of Three Stages As Defined In The Procurement Documents.
