Tenders Are Invited For Building And Maintaining A Network Of Energy Ambassadors

The Municipality Of Utrecht Wants To Enter Into An Agreement With A Party That Coordinates The Building, Strengthening And Sustainable Management Of A Diverse And City-Wide Network Of Energy Ambassadors. These Energy Ambassadors Are Volunteers Who Act As The First Point Of Contact And Guide In The Neighborhood For Residents Who Want To Take Steps To Save Energy And Make Their Home More Sustainable. The Municipality Intends To Award The Contract To One Tenderer. The Contractor Is Responsible For: 1. Construction And Growth Of The Network • At The End Of The First Contract Year, The Contractor Has At Least 30 Active Energy Ambassadors, Of Which At Least 3 Energy Ambassadors Per District (Utrecht Has 10 Districts). An Active Energy Ambassador Has Attended An Activity At Least 5 Times. • The Contractor Ensures Continuous Growth Of The Network During The Term Of The Agreement. • From The End Of The 2Nd Contract Year, The Contractor Will Have At Least 150 Active Energy Ambassadors. 2. Diversity The Network Of Energy Ambassadors, Per District, Reflects The Utrecht Population As Much As Possible, Including In Terms Of Age, Gender, Cultural Background And Language Skills. 3. Activities Of Energy Ambassadors A) Home Visits / Energy Conversations With Homeowners At Least 200 Unique Conversations Per Year B) Neighborhood Campaigns, Energy Cafés, Workshops And Information Meetings, Including Actions Aimed At Energy Saving And Behavioral Change At Least 75 Activities Per Year C) Attendance At Residents Evenings And Other Municipal Activities An Average Of 3 Times A Month
