Tenders Are Invited For Industrial Cleaning Of Petrochemical Installation (Parts), Logistics And Associated Activities

The Primary Objective Of The Defense Pipeline Organization (Dpo) Is To Carry Out The Collection, Transport, Storage And Delivery Of Liquid Fuels In A Nato Context For Both Military And Civilian Customers. In Addition, Dpo Maintains And Guarantees The Continuity Of The Dutch Part Of The Central Europe Pipeline System (Ceps) Pipeline System And The Associated Installations. Dpo Is Part Of The Ministry Of Defense - Materiel And It Command (Commit). Dpo Fuel Locations Consist Of Manifolds, Pump Houses And Storage And Service Tanks At Dpo Depots Pernis, Klaphek, Markelo And Leeuwarden And At The Airport Delivery Points (Adps) Leeuwarden, Volkel, Eindhoven, Gilze-Rijen And Schiphol. Dpo Also Manages The Transport Pipelines And Valve Pits Between These Locations. The Objective Is To Approach The Market For The Following Activities/Scope: Industrial Cleaning Of Petrochemical Tanks, Emptying Installation Parts And Transporting/Disposing Of (Contaminated) Product. This Approach Also Includes Additional Services Such As: Waste Processing Including Declaration, Provision Of A Gas-Free Declaration And Key Work Related To The Aforementioned Activities. The Party Provides The Services On A Project Basis (Work That Can Be Planned In Advance), On An On-Call Basis And In Case Of Emergency. Fuel Storage Tanks: These Are Located Above Ground In A Mound And Vary In Capacity From 1250, 2500 And 5000 M3. • Service Tanks: These Are Located Both Above And Below Ground And Vary In Volume Between 1 M3 - 150 M3. • Pipelines: These Are Located Both Above And Underground At And Between The Various Pumping Stations And Airports, With Intermediate Valve Pits And Cages, And Vary From A Pipe Diameter Between 4 And 12. • Airfield Delivery Points (Adps): These Are Delivery Points At The Airports With Equipment Located In A Pit/Or Building. • General Activities: Removing Product To Various Dpo And/Or Ceps Locations At Home And Abroad.
