The Project Also Includes The Development Of An Outdoor Area With Planting, Lawns And Fencing. A Walkway Must Be Established In Accordance With The Requirements For Universal Design In The Tek Regulations. The Contract Is Governed By The Contract Conditions In Ns8407.
