Project Bg05sfpr0002-1.035-0009 Is Aimed At Increasing The Capacity And Readiness For Effective Response And Elimination Of Consequences Of Natural Disasters, Fires And Other Emergency Situations Of The Regional Directorate Fire Safety And Protection Of The Population - Pleven And Of The Voluntary Formations Created In Accordance With The Disaster Protection Law In Pleven Municipality, Cherven Bryag Municipality, Knezha Municipality, Levski Municipality, Nikopol Municipality, Belene Municipality, Gulyantsi Municipality, Dolna Mitropolia Municipality, Dolni Dabnik Municipality, Pordim Municipality And Iskar Municipality. In Implementation Of The Project, The Municipality Of Iskar Opens A Procedure For Awarding A Public Contract, The Scope Of Which Includes The Following Activities: 1. Delivery Of A New, Unused Multi-Purpose Tractor Of A Light Type With A Closed Cab, Intended For Transporting Equipment In Case Of Fires And Performing Preventive Activities, Including Warranty Service Throughout The Warranty Period. The Warranty Service Covers The Performance Of Scheduled Technical Inspections And Servicing Provided By The Manufacturer, The Removal Of Any Discrepancies, Defects And/Or Damage Within The Warranty Period, As Well As The Provision Of Spare Parts, Materials And Consumables Necessary To Maintain The Equipment In Working Order. 2. Delivery Of A New, Unused Fire Trailer (Water Tank) With Fire Extinguishing Equipment, For Which The Contractor Assumes Warranty Responsibility For The Warranty Period. Warranty Liability Covers Only The Removal Of Mouth New Inconsistencies, Defects And/Or Damages That Occurred During Normal Operation Of The Equipment Within The Warranty Period.
