The Subject Of The Public Procurement Is Supplies Of Cleaning, Hygiene And Household Consumables, Included In The List Under Article 12, Paragraph 1, Item 1 Of The Plo, For The Needs Of The Municipality Of Plovdiv And Its Structural Units In Three Separate Positions, As Follows: Separate Position No. 1: Supplies Of Detergents And Cleaning Agents (Op 1) Separate Item No. 2: Supplies Of Napkins And Dusters (Op 2) Separate Item No. 3: Supplies Of Bags And Envelopes (Op 3) The Subject Of The Order Covers Supplies Of Cleaning, Hygiene And Household Consumables, Included In The List Under Art. 12, Para. 1, Item 1 Of The Ppa (Goods/Articles/Products), In Accordance With The Technical Specification And The Samples Of The Technical And Price Proposal For Each Individual Item - An Integral Part Of The Documentation. The Deliveries Of The Goods, Subject To The Positions, Should Be Made To Administrative Addresses In The Territory Of The City Of Plovdiv, After Preliminary Written Requests Submitted By The Structural Units Of The Contracting Authority To The Contractor. The Conditions Under Which The Subject Of The Order Will Be Implemented, As Well As The Rights And Obligations Of The Contracting Authority And The Contractor, Are According To The Draft Contract, The Technical Specification, The Technical And Price Proposals Of The Contractor For The Relevant Position.
