The Order Covers The Implementation Of Smr/Srr Of The Roof Space Of The Childrens Department At The Medical Center Dr. Ivan Seliminski - Sliven Jsc. The Minimum Mandatory Performance Characteristics And Functional Requirements That Must Be Met Are Detailed In Appendix #1 - Technical Specification. Deadline For The Execution Of The Public Order: The Deadline For The Execution Of The Order Is At The Proposal Of The Participant, Determined In Calendar Days, And This Deadline Is Not Subject To Evaluation. The Contracting Authority Has Determined The Maximum Amount Of This Term - 50 (Fifty) Calendar Days From The Date Of Award Of The Order, And The Same Is The Limit For Bidding By The Participants When Submitting An Offer For Participation In The Procedure. The Term For The Implementation Of The Srd, The Subject Of The Order, Begins To Run From The Date Of Handover Of The Site To The Contractor For The Performance Of Smr With A Protocol For Handing Over The Construction Site. Time And Conditions For Inspection Of The Objects - Every Working Day From The Date Of Publication Of The Announcement. The Offer Of A Participant Who Has Not Inspected The Site Will Be Removed From Participation On The Basis Of Article 107, Item 1 Of The Public Procurement Act. Award Criteria: For Each Individual Offer That Meets The Requirements Of The Law On Public Procurement And The Conditions Of This Documentation, The Commission Appointed By The Awarding Party Prepares An Evaluation, Based On The Criterion Specified In The Announcement - The Most Economically Advantageous Offer, Which Is Determined Based On The Lowest Price Criterion. Method Of Payment: The Client Pays The Agreed Price By Bank Transfer, In Bulgarian Leva, As Follows: - 30% In Advance Within 5 Working Days After The Date Of Delivery Of The Object To The Contractor For Carrying Out Cmr; - 70% Up To 30 /Thirty/ Working Days After The Completion Of The Smr/Srr, Drawing Up Of The Protocol/Act /Form 19/ For The Completed Smr And Presentation By The Contractor Of A Tax Invoice
