The Contracting Authority Decides To Hold A Public Competition For The Conclusion Of A Framework Agreement, With One Contractor, In Which Not All Conditions Are Defined. The Contracting Authority Will Specify The Volume, The Specific Scope, The Execution Period When Awarding Each Individual Contract Within The Framework Of The Agreement By Issuing A Written Invitation To The Designated Contractor Under The Framework Agreement To Supplement Its Offer.
