The Subject Of This Public Order Is The Supply Of Equipment For The Needs Of The Institute Of Robotics At The Bas In Implementation Of Project Bg16rfpr002-1.014-0002 For The Upgrade And Development Of The Competence Center For Personalized Medicine, 3D And Telemedicine, Robotic And Minimally Invasive Surgery (Cc Leonardo Da Vinci), Financed Under The Program Scientific Research, Innovation And Digitalization For Intelligent Transformation 2021–2027, Co-Financed By The European Union. The Equipment Is Related To The Implementation Of Work Package 3 (Rp3) - Laboratory For Experimental Developments In The Field Of Minimally Invasive Surgery At Ir-Bas, As Well As Work Package 4 (Rp4-Cm4-7) - Laboratory For Experimental Surgical Robotics At Ir-Bas. The Scope Of The Public Order Includes: One Desktop Computer, Monitor And Peripherals + Hri Equipment - Pc - Two Portable Computers, Two Tablets, Communications. The Public Procurement Includes A Total Of 2 Separate Items, With A Total Estimated Value Of 10,226.68 Euros Without Vat, Formed As Follows: Separate Item No. 1 With Subject: Delivery Of Computer Equipment With A Maximum Estimated Value Of Up To 9,226.68 Euros Without Vat; Separate Position No. 2 With The Subject Delivery Of Multifunctional Devices - With A Maximum Estimated Value Of Up To 1,000.00 Euros Without Vat. According To Art. 21, Para. 6 Zop, Specific Position No. 2 Will Be Awarded By Direct Award In Accordance With Art. 20, Para. 4, Item 3 Of The Public Procurement Act, Valid For The Individual Estimated Value Of A Separate Item No. 2, As The Same Is Not Part Of The Present Documentation, And Offers Are Not Required, Accepted Or Considered. The Scope Of The Order For The Supply Of Equipment Includes The Supply, Integration And Setup Of The System In A Demonstration Environment (Laboratory At The Leonardo Da Vinci Central Committee). The Scope Of The Order Includes Warranty Service And Equipment Maintenance For The Warranty Period, According To The Terms Of The Contract. The Contractor Must Provide, At His Own Expense, Warranty Support For A Period Of At Least 24 /Twenty-Four/ Months, Starting From The Date Of Signing A Bilateral Acceptance-Handover Protocol For Acceptance Of The Performance Without Objections. The Delivered Equipment Will Be Used Primarily For Scientific Research, Experimental Development And Innovation. A Detailed Description Of The Requirements, Type, Quantity, Minimum Technical Characteristics And Parameters Of The Equipment To Be Delivered, As Well As The Scope Of The Activities To Be Performed, Is Contained In The Technical Specification - Appendix No. 1, An Integral Part Of The Documentation And The Current Public Procurement Instructions.
