The Subject Of This Public Procurement Is The Selection Of An Operator For The Issuance, Delivery, Loading And Administration Of Food Vouchers On An Electronic Medium Under Art. 209A Of The Law On Corporate Income Taxation (Cit), Provided Through A Physical Electronic Medium - Personalized Card, For The Employees Of Su Lyuben Karavelov - Nessebar. ​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​‑​​​​​​ Available Personalized Cards Are Loaded Monthly With E-Vouchers, After Prior Request From The Contractor To The Contractor. The Request Indicates The Cards Of Which Employees (The Specific Personal Cards Subject To Loading) Should Be Loaded With Electronic Vouchers And, Accordingly, At What Value. The Term Of Execution Of The Order Is 12 (Twelve) Months From The Date Of Conclusion/Entry Into Force Of The Contract, With An Option To Extend It By Up To 3 (Three) Months Under The Terms Of The Draft Contract. ​​​​​​On The Date Of Opening Of The Order, The Estimated Number Of Employees Is 130. Within The Term Of The Contract, Including In Case Of Possible Exercise Of The Provided Options, The Contracting Authority Envisages The Possibility Of Including Up To 5 Additional Employees If Necessary, Without Committing To Reach This Number. The Maximum Estimated Number Of Cardholders Is Up To 135. The Total Estimated Value Of The Public Procurement, Including All Options Provided Under Art. 116, Para. 1, Item 1 Of The Zop, Is In The Amount Of Up To 101,286.42 Euros (Bgn 198,099.00 Informative Equivalent), Without Vat, To The Extent Applicable. The Value Of The Order Without Exercising The Options Is Up To Eur 69,852.70 (Bgn 136,620.00 Informative Value), Excluding Vat, To The Extent Applicable.
