The Subject Of The Award Includes The Following Activities: Activity 1 Design - Is Carried Out In The Technical Design Phase And In Accordance With The Epa, In Compliance With The Principles Of Efficiency, Effectiveness And Economy, With A View To Internal Renovation Of The Building And Achieving Energy-Saving Measures To Bring The Building Into Compliance With The Current Regulations On Energy Efficiency. The Investment Project Should Contain All Parts, According To Ordinance 4/2001 On The Scope And Content Of Investment Projects. The Project Must Be Developed In Accordance With The Requirements Of Ordinance No. Rd-02-20-3/21.12.2015 For The Design, Implementation And Maintenance Of Buildings For Public Service In The Fields Of Education And Science, Health Care, Culture And The Arts. Activity 2 Construction - Installation Works - Including All Designed Activities For Internal Renovation And Energy Efficiency Of The Building. The Construction Will Be Implemented With The Approved Investment Projects Made By The Contractor Within The Framework Of Activity 1 Design. Smr Will Be Implemented According To The Approved Investment Project In Accordance With The Construction Implementation Schedule, Prescriptions And Orders In The Order Book; Delivery And Investment In The Construction Of The Construction Products Required And Corresponding To The Technical Specifications; Organizing The Activities Of Collection, Transportation, Disposal And Utilization Of Construction And Other Waste; Performing The Necessary Tests And Laboratory Tests; Compilation Of Construction Documents And Preparation Of Executive Documentation; Elimination Of Deficiencies, When Identified; Warranty Maintenance Of The Construction, Including Removal Of Manifest Defects During The Warranty Periods. Activity 3 Copyright Supervision Under Art. 162 Of The Law On Territorial Planning (Zut). Carrying Out Control Regarding The Designers Prescriptions Related To His Copyright, For The Exact Compliance Of The Investment Project Made By Him. Designers Will Conduct Consultations During The Cmp; Will Be Present At The Drafting Of The Mandatory Protocols And Acts During Construction And Will Sign Them; Will Participate In Meetings And Sessions Related To The Site; Will Make Legally Permissible Changes To The Project, By Reflecting In The Executive Drawings, If Necessary During Construction.
