The Subject Of This Public Procurement Is The Repair Of The Roof Of An Administrative Building Of The Municipality Of Kaolinovo, Ukraina Square No. 4. In Order To Realize The Investment Intention Of The Contracting Authority, It Is Planned To Carry Out A Contract For The Following Parts Of The Investment Project: 1. Part: Architecture; 2. Part Constructions; 3. Part: Electro, As Well As Activities That Are Related To The Implementation Of The Subject Of The Order And Represent A Condition, Consequence Or Addition To It, As Follows: Lawful, High-Quality And Timely Start, Execution And Completion Of Construction, Including The Supply Of Construction Products, Mechanization, Labor And Any Services And Activities Necessary For The Implementation Of The Construction In Accordance With The Technical Specification And The Investment Project, According To The Law On Territorial Planning (Zut) And The By-Laws On Its Implementation, All Other Current Regulatory Documents And The Contract For The Execution Of The Public Procurement; Obtaining Necessary Opinions And Permits Necessary To Carry Out His Work, According To Bulgarian Legislation; Timely Drawing Up Of Acts And Protocols During Construction In Accordance With The Requirements Of Art. 163, Para. 2, Item 3 Of The Zut; Storage And Provision Upon Request By The Other Participants In The Construction Or By A Control Authority Of The Construction Documents, The Order Book Of The Construction Under Art. 170, Para. 3 Of The Zut, The Acts And Protocols Drawn Up During The Construction, And Other Technical Documentation On The Implementation Of The Construction; Preparation Of Executive Documentation According To Art. 175 Of The Zut; Samples And Tests On Completion Of Construction And Installation Work Where Necessary; Warranty Liability For The Periods Of The Warranty Periods Proposed By The Contractor For The Individual Types Of Construction And Installation Works, Facilities And Construction Sites, In Accordance With The Conditions And Requirements Of Ordinance No. 2 Of 2003 For The Commissioning Of Constructions In The Republic Of Bulgaria And Minimum Warranty Periods For Completed Construction And Installation Works, Facilities And Construction Sites, In Connection With Art. 160, Para. 4 And Para. 5 Of The Zut. Fulfillment Of The Administrative Requirements According To The Applicable Regulations. The Full Scope And Comprehensive Listing Of The Activities To Be Performed By The Contractor Are Set Out In The Technical Specification And Approved Bills Of Quantities Attached To The Procurement Documents.
