Contracting The Home Care Service, Sad, 2026-28 In Esplugues De Llobregat.The City Council Of Esplugues De Llobregat Has The Need To Promote The Hiring Of The Sad, Home Care Service, For The Period From July 2026 To June 2028, Given The Upcoming End Of The Current Contract. It Is A Strategic Service Included In The Portfolio Of Municipal Competences Within The Area Of Social Cohesion And Care For People That, For Reasons Of Dependency, Lack Of Autonomy Or A Situation Of Social Vulnerability, Require Support In Their Home. The Home Help Service Is A Provision Of Service, Of Municipal Competence, Integrated By An Organized And Coordinated Set Of Actions That Are Mostly Carried Out In The Home Or Immediate Social Context Of The Person, Aimed At Providing Personal Attention, Help In The Tasks Of The Home And Social Support For Those People And Families With Problems Related To The Lack Of Personal Autonomy Or Social Integration Difficulties. The Sad Is Defined As A Strategic And Transversal Service That Must Converge With The Municipal Action Plan (Pam) And The Caring Municipality Model. The Object Of The Contract Includes The Home Care Service, In The Usual Place Of Residence Of The People And In The Municipality Of Esplugues De Llobregat, In The Terms Described In The Present Specification And The Specification Of Particular Technical Conditions. For The Purposes Of Technical Organization, Access Procedure And Invoicing Regime, Two Main Types Of Service Are Distinguished: Dependency Sad Beneficiaries Of This Modality Are People (Children Or Adults) Who Have A Degree Of Dependency Recognized By The Generalitat De Catalunya. Emphasis Is Placed On The Procedure Established By The Law On The Promotion Of Personal Autonomy And Care For Persons In Situations Of Dependency (Lapad). Sad Social. This Typology Will Be Aimed At People Or Families Who Require An Intervention From The Area Of Municipal Social Protection, From Its More Preventive Side.
