Spa Park Is Entered In The Register Monuments Under No. A-672.A) The Subject Of The Order Includes The Preparation Of: I) Design Documentation, I.E.: 1) Land Development Design - 4 Pieces, 2) Architectural And Construction Design 4 Pieces, 3) Technical Designs For All Industries (Including Specialized Designs Whose Development May Arise During The Design Process) Along With Information On Health And Safety - 4 Copies, 4) Recording Of The Entire Study On An Electronic Medium (Cd) - In Pdf Format; 5) Contractor Is Obliged To Obtain All Initial Data For Design, In Particular: A Map Of Design Objectives, Perform Soil And Water Tests, Perform Other Necessary Studies Necessary To Complete The Works Covered By The Order, 6) Construction Cost Estimates, 7) Perform All Necessary Works, Including All Administrative Fees Necessary To Implement The Works Covered By The Order, 8) Design Documentation Should Cover All Industries And Scopes Of Works In Accordance With The Assumptions Of The Fup, 9) Obligations Of The Contractor In The Field Of Documentation Design Also Includes Preparing An Application For The Ordering Party To Obtain A Building Permit From The Appropriate Authority, Ensuring Authors Supervision During The Execution Of The Works And Preparing As-Built Documentation Along With Instructions For The Care Of Plantings And Greenery. The Implementation Of The Above Scope Of The Order Should Be Carried Out On The Basis Of Applicable Regulations, By Persons With Appropriate Qualifications And Authorizations, 10) The Documentation Must Have All The Required Opinions, Arrangements And Permits And Must Be Prepared In Accordance With The Currently Applicable Legal Regulations, The Nature Protection Act And The Act On The Protection Of Monuments. The Documentation Must Be Accompanied By A Written Declaration That It Is Complete From The Point Of View Of The Purpose It Is Intended To Serve, And In Compliance With Applicable Legal Provisions And Principles Of Technical Knowledge. If, During The Execution Of The Works, It Is Necessary To Prepare Additional Documentation Necessary For The Implementation Of The Task, The Contractor Is Obliged To Prepare Such Documentation At His Own Expense.11) The Contractors Obligations Will Include The Execution Of The Designed Construction Works, Carrying Out All Acceptance Procedures Related To The Investment And Fulfillment Of Contractual Obligations During The Period Of The Granted Guarantee.12) All Works Should Be Carried Out In
