The Subject Is The Execution Of Construction Works In The Design And Build Mode, Consisting In The Renovation Of The External Sewage System For The Building Of The Regional Branch Of The Nbp Facility In Szczecin At Ul. Col. T.A. Starzyńskiego 1, In Accordance With The Draft Provisions Of The Contract And The Functional And Utility Program (Ffu) (Appendix No. 8 To Swz), Hereinafter Referred To As The Works.2. The Subject Of The Order Will Be Implemented By The Contractor In 2 Stages: 1) Stage I - Development Of The Executive Documentation Together With The Transfer Of Copyright To The Executive Documentation To The Extent And Under The Terms Specified In § 11 Of The Draft Provisions Of The Agreement Constituting Annex No. 8 To The Swz; 2) Stage Ii: A) Execution Of The Works On The Basis Of The Approved And Received Executive Documentation Together With The Exercise Of Authors Supervision, After Obtaining Any Required Building Permit Or Notification Of The Works, B) Preparation Of As-Built Documentation Along With The Transfer Of Copyrights To The As-Built Documentation To The Extent And On The Terms Specified In § 11 Of The Draft Provisions Of The Contract Constituting Annex No. 8 To The Swz, C) Granting Guarantees And Warranties On The Terms Specified In § 6 Of The Draft Provisions Of The Contract Constituting Appendix No. 8 To The Swz.
