1. The Subject Of The Order Is The Implementation Of The Order Titled Delivery And Installation Of Laboratory Equipment Under The Procedure Entitled Permanent Development Of Warehouse And Laboratory Rooms On The 6Th Floor Of Building B.2. A Detailed Description Of The Subject Of The Order Is Attached As Annexes No. 4 And No. 8 To The Swz. The Subject Of The Order Must Be Made In Accordance With The Method Of Making A Prototype - A Reference Shelf.3. The Supplied Equipment Must Be Brand New, Unused, Not Subject To Any Repairs, Free From Physical And Legal Defects, Ready For Use In Accordance With Its Intended Purpose, Must Comply With Applicable Quality And Technical Standards, Cannot Be Encumbered With Any Third Party Rights And Must Meet The Requirements Set Out In The Terms Of Reference.4. The Delivered Subject Matter Of The Contract Must Be Fully Operational And Ready For Use In Accordance With Its Intended Purpose.5. The Delivered Subject Matter Of The Contract Must Come From Current Production.6. The Subject Of The Contract Cannot Be Intended By The Manufacturer To Be Withdrawn From Production Or Sale - This Requirement Does Not Apply To Custom-Made Equipment.7. The Subject Of The Contract Will Be Delivered Together With Operating Instructions.8. The Costs And Risk Of Transport, Delivery, Packaging And Insurance For The Duration Of The Transport Of The Subject Of The Contract And Its Assembly Shall Be Borne By The Contractor.9. The Equipment Must Be Installed And Put Into Operation In The Places Indicated By The Ordering Party.10. Place Of Delivery And Installation: Institute Of Botany. W.
