Tenders Are Invited For Providing The Service Of Providing Temporary Shelter And Ensuring The Necessary Social Conditions For Homeless People From The Myszków Commune 2 Parts

The Subject Of The Order In The Scope Of Part I - Task No. 1 Is To Provide Temporary 24-Hour Shelter In A Shelter For Homeless People In The Period From July 1, 2026. Until June 30, 2027 (365 Days) In A Shelter At The Exclusive And Free Disposal Of The Contractor, Along With Guaranteeing Transport To A Homeless Person From The Myszków Commune, As Well As Food And Providing The Necessary Social Conditions On Average Per Day For 30 People, Including Min. 4 Women, Which Will Constitute A Maximum Of 10,950 Person-Days During The Implementation Of The Order, Assuming That The Number Of People Requiring Shelter Will Range From 28 To 32 People Per Day; A) The Ordering Party, Within The Established Limit Covered By The Subject Of The Order, I.E.: 10,950 Person-Days, Will Direct Homeless People To The Shelter In A Number Corresponding To The Current Needs Of The Ordering Party; B) Guaranteed (Minimum) Scope Of The Order: 8,760 Man-Days. (10,950 Person-Days X 80%)C) Due To The Impossibility Of Clearly Defining The Unchanged Scope Of Services And The Adopted Model Of Post-Construction Remuneration Settlement, The Ordering Party Reserves That It May Not Use The Full Scope Of The Order, And The Contractor Will Not Make Any Claims For Unrealized Services Exceeding The Scope Of The Order Indicated Above, Guaranteed By The Ordering Party, D) In Order To Perform The Order In Question, The Contractor Must Exclusively Have At Its Disposal A Shelter For The Homeless, Located Nearby No More Than 40 Km From The Mops Headquarters In Myszków, Meeting The Minimum Standards Of A Shelter For Homeless People, Specified In The Regulation Of The Minister Of Family, Labor And Social Policy Of April 27, 2018 On Minimum Standards Of Night Shelters, Shelters For Homeless People, Shelters For Homeless People With Care Services And Heating Rooms, Which Will Be Indicated By The Contractor In The Bid Form. The Distance Of The Shelter From The Mops Headquarters In Myszków Will Be The Criterion For Evaluating The Offers. The Method Of Awarding Points In This Criterion Is Described In Chapter. Xviii.
