The Scope Of The Order Includes Construction Works Related To The Modernization And Reconstruction Of The Existing Traffic Lights Together With The Necessary Technical Infrastructure, In Particular: • Construction Of Cable Ducts, • Installation Of New Supporting Structures, • Installation Of Control Cables And Detection Cables, • Installation Of Traffic Lights, • Implementation Of A Motion Detection System. The Motion Detection System Is Expected To Use: • Inductive Detectors Installed In The Road, • Detection Cameras Mounted On Masts And Boom Structures, • Pedestrian Buttons Mounted On Signal Poles. The Detailed Scope Of Works Includes: • Dismantling Existing Supporting Structures And Signals, • Deactivating Existing Power Cables, • Expansion Of The Traffic Light Controller, • Installation Of New Masts, Poles And Boom Structures, • Construction Of Cable Ducts And Installation Of Cable Wells, • Execution Of Transverse Jacking Under The Road, • Laying Signaling Cables For Traffic Lights, Pedestrian Buttons And Acoustic Signals, • Installation Of Signals On Masts And Boom Structures, • Installation Of Pedestrian Buttons, • Installation Of Detection Cameras, • Making Cable Connections In The Traffic Light Controller, • Carrying Out Control Measurements Of The Installation, • Commissioning And Configuration Of The Traffic Light Controller. In Addition, The Contractors Responsibilities Will Include: • Developing A Design For Temporary Traffic Organization, • Obtaining The Required Opinions And Approval Of The Project By The Relevant Traffic Management Authority, • Execution, Maintenance And Removal Of Temporary Works Signage, • Ensuring The Continuity Of Road And Pedestrian Traffic During The Investment Implementation, • Minimizing Difficulties In Access To And Access To Properties Adjacent To The Works Site. The Temporary Traffic Organization Design Should Be Developed By The Contractor, Obtain The Required Approvals From The Relevant Services Of The Employer And Be Approved By The Starosta Of Gniezno. Any Provisions Of The Design Documentation, Bill Of Quantities, Technical Specifications Or Other Procedure Documents Relating To The Implementation Of Horizontal Markings Should Be Considered Excluded From The Scope Of This Order.
