The Scope Of Work Includes: - Preparatory Works, Including Securing The Work Area, - Demolition Of Existing Surfaces Made Of Paving Slabs And Mineral And Bituminous Surfaces Within The Planned Investment, I.E. Segment A Of The School, - Implementation Of Waterproofing And Thermal Insulation Of Foundation Walls In Segment A Of The School Building, - Execution Of Drainage Around The Foundation Walls Of Segment A Of The School Building With Connection To Existing Sewage Wells, - Laying Of New Roof Gutters And Downpipes On The Side Panels Of The Roof Surface In Segment A Of The School Building Along With Incorporating School Drainage Into The Existing Rain Wells And Those Constructed As Part Of The Investment, - Construction Of New Sidewalk Surfaces And Sidewalk Strips Made Of Concrete Cubes And Terrain Stairs Made Of Conglomerates Stone Works Within The Investment Being Implemented, I.E. If Trademarks, Patents Or Origin, Source Or Specific Process That Characterizes Products Or Services Provided By A Specific Contractor Are Indicated In The Order Documents, The Ordering Party Allows The Use Of Materials Equivalent To Those Described.2. If The Description Of The Subject Of The Contract Includes References To Standards, Technical Assessments, Technical Specifications And Technical Reference Systems Referred To In Art. 101 Section 1 Point 2 And Section 3 Of The Public Procurement Act, The Ordering Party Allows Solutions Equivalent To Those Described.3. A Contractor Who Refers To Equivalent Solutions Is Obliged To Demonstrate That The Solution He Offers Meets The Requirements Specified By The Ordering Party. In Such A Case, The Contractor Attaches To The Offer Documents Confirming The Equivalence Of The Offered Solutions. The Burden Of Proving Equivalence Rests With The Contractor. The Contractor Shall Demonstrate Equivalence By Any (Reliable) Means. Failure To Demonstrate Equivalence Results In Rejection Of The Offer As Inconsistent With The Terms Of The Order.
