The Subject Of The Order Are Road Works In Michalice Based On Design Documentation, A Letter From The Provincial Office For The Protection Of Monuments In Opole, A Building Permit And A Technical Specification For The Execution And Acceptance Of Construction Works. The Ordering Party Provides The Bill Of Quantities, Which Is Only An Auxiliary Material For The Valuation Of The Works. The Contractor, As An Experienced Participant Of The Construction Market, Must Independently Determine What Scope Of Work Is Necessary And Estimate All Costs Of Implementing The Construction Project Based On The Attached Documentation. The Contractors Claims For Calculating The Price Based Solely On The Attached Bill Of Quantities Are Excluded. The Scope Of The Subject Matter Of The Order Includes In Particular: 1) Measurement Works; 2) Removal Of Trees And Bushes; 3) Demolition Works; 4) Earthworks; 5) Substructure; 6) Surfaces; 7) Height Adjustment Of Devices; 8) Finishing Works; 9) Installation Of Vertical Signs. The Contractors Task Is Also To Report The Completion Of Construction To The Appropriate Authority And Obtain A Certificate Of No Objection To Submitting The Completion Of The Task Within The Contractual Deadline. If It Is Necessary To Obtain A Decision To Remove Trees And Shrubs, The Contractor Will Be Obliged To Obtain It In The Contract Price For The Task. The Tree Obtained From Felling Is The Property Of The Ordering Party And Should Be Delivered, After Delimbing And Cutting Into Pieces Approximately 1.0 M Long, To A Warehouse Indicated By The Ordering Party, Within A Distance Of 10 Km. After Completing The Works, The Contractor Is Obliged To Prepare An As-Built Cost Estimate With Measurements Of The Works Performed And Obtain Its Approval By The Ordering Party. The Contractor Will Provide A Warranty For The Works Covered By The Task For A Minimum Period Of 36 Months And A Maximum Of 60 Months From The Date Of The Final Acceptance Report Of The Works. Additional Requirements: 1) The Costs Of Marking And Security For The Duration Of The Works Should Be Included, Including The Development And Approval Of A Design For Temporary Traffic Organization And Security Of The Works; 2) The Cost Of Full Surveying Services During The Works Should Be Included, Together With The Updating Of Infrastructure Devices For The Plots Covered By The Order Based On The Surveying Resources Of The District Office And The Preparation Of An As-Built Inventory In 2 Copies On One Sheet; 3) Costs Related To Resolving Any Conflicts Resulting From The Implementation Of The Subject Of The Order Should Be Included; 4) The Costs Of Repairs Of External Devices Encountered And Damaged During The Execution Of The Subject Of The Order Should Be Included; 5) The Degree Of Compaction Of The Subgrade Should Be Tested Before The Road Surface Is Constructed And A Test Report Must Be Submitted To The Ordering Party; 6) The Wearing Course Should Be Made Over The Entire Width Of The Road; 7) The Cos
