Z O. O. Warsaw (From 2015), And The Change Included In The Design Study Entitled: As-Built Documentation For The Execution Of Works Involving The Replacement Of Lon 4 Bus Controllers Along With The Replacement Of Communication Cabling In The Bms Installation In The Building Of The Nbp O/O Headquarters In Katowice By Siemens Sp. Z O. O. Warsaw (From 2019), C) Design Documentation; 2) Preparation Of As-Built Documentation And Transfer Of The Copyright To The As-Built Documentation To The Ordering Party; 3) Granting A License To Use The Software Enabling Operation Of The Bms System Referred To In Point 1; 4) Granting A Quality Guarantee And Warranty For Defects For The Works Performed. A Detailed Description Of The Subject Of The Order As Well As The Terms And Conditions Of The Order Execution Are Specified In The Draft Provisions Of The Contract Constituting Annex No. 8 To The Specific Contract.
