1. The Subject Of The Contract Is The Implementation Of An Investment Task Called Expansion Of Ul. Legionów On The Section From The Intersection With Ul. 1 Maja To The Intersection With Ul. Partyzonów In Wołomin - Completion Of Construction Works.2. As Part Of The Subject Of The Contract, The Contractor Will Perform Construction Works Consisting In The Expansion Of Municipal Road No. 431077W - Ul. Legionów On The Section From The Intersection With Dw 634 - Ul. 1 Maja (Without Intersection) To The Intersection With Municipal Road No. 431722W - Ul. Partisanów (Without The Intersection), The City Of Wołomin - Completion Of Construction Works And On Behalf Of The Ordering Party Will Prepare A Notice And Notify The Competent Construction Supervision Authority About The Completion Of Construction And Commencement Of Use Of The Building, And If Necessary, Prepare An Application And Submit An Application And Obtain A Decision On An Occupancy Permit, Including The Following: 1) Road Works, 2) Greenery, 3) Care Of Existing And Planted Plants Until The Final Acceptance Is Fault-Free Works,4) Securing Green Areas And Plantings, Fencing The Tree Protection Zone,5) Updating, Agreeing And Approving Traffic Organization Designs For The Construction Period And Permanent Traffic Organization, And Will Provide 1 Copy Of The Documentation In Paper Or Electronic Version To The Employer And The Investors Supervision Inspector,6) Will Introduce Temporary And Permanent Traffic Organization,7) Will Obtain Positive Technical Acceptance Of The Works From The Network Operators (Rainwater Drainage Network, Power Network, Telecommunications Network, Road Lighting), Including Will Perform: Necessary Research, Inventory, Documentation, As-Built Documentation Of The Reconstructed/Built Infrastructure For The Needs Of Network Operators, Technical Tests Carried Out From The Beginning Of The Construction Of The Network, Installations And Installed Devices;8) In Accordance With The Conditions For Introducing Traffic Organization, The Contractor Will Notify The Traffic Management Body, Road Management And The Relevant Police Commander About The Date Of Introducing The Organization, At Least 7 Days Before The Date Of Introducing The Traffic Organization, And Will Take Part In The Commission Acceptance Of The Organization,9) Complete As-Built Documentation In 2 Copies,10) Will Coordinate The Works With The Ongoing Investment Regarding The Expansion Of Provincial Road No. 634,11) Will Tidy Up The Area After The Works, Manage Waste And Excavated Material In Accordance With Applicable Law,12) Transfer To The Ordering Party The Copyrights To The As-Built Documentation Referred To In The Contract Under The Conditions Specified In § 18 Of The Contract.3.
