The Subject Of The Order Includes The Preparation Of Complete Design And Cost Estimate Documentation Necessary For The Implementation Of The Investment Entitled: Development Of Comprehensive Design Documentation For The Task Entitled Renovation And Modernization Of The Building Located In The Town Of Gać 275A For The Purposes Of Creating A Local Emergency Shelter In The Scope Of Design Works To Be Carried Out Under This Order, Presented In Detail In The Description Of The Subject Matter Of The Order (Opz) - Constituting Annex No. 1 To The Swz. The Scope Of Work Includes The Following Implementation Stages: 1) Stage 1 - Includes The Development Of A Multi-Discipline Architectural And Construction Design. The Detailed Scope Of Studies Covered By Stage 1 Is Presented In Point 3 Of Annex No. 1 To The Swz - Description Of The Subject Of The Order (Opz). The First Stage Included A Construction Inventory Of The Facility With An Assessment Of The Technical Condition, As Well As The Development Of A Functional And Utility Concept And A Design Of Specialized Installations, As Well As Obtaining The Required Arrangements, Opinions And Permits.2) Stage 2 - The Detailed Scope Of Studies Covered By Stage 2 Is Presented In Point 4 Of Annex No. 1 To The Swz - Description Of The Subject Of The Order (Opz). In The Second Stage, Documentation Should Be Developed, I.E.: Geological Survey And Assessment Of The Subsoil, Architectural, Construction And Executive Design, Cost And Tender Documentation. 2. Design Assumptionsa) Location Of The Facility: Plot With Registration Number 1605/2, Area: Gaćb) Basic Function Of The Rooms: A Place Of Emergency Shelter With A Main Control Stationc) Additional Rooms: Toilets, Storage Roomsd) The Project Should Be Developed In Particular On The Basis Of The Guidelines Resulting From From The Regulation Of The Minister Of Internal Affairs And Administration Of July 9, 2026 On The Conditions For Organizing And Requirements To Be Met By A Place Of Emergency Shelter), The Project Must Take Into Account The Requirements For The Safety Of People Staying In A Place Of Emergency Shelter, Including Ensuring Appropriate Hygienic Conditions, Ventilation And Social Facilitiesf) Technical And Installation Solutions: Introducing Solutions Affecting The Energy Efficiency Of The Facility. The Adopted Solutions Must Be Optimal And Supported Opinions Of Industry Specialists And In Accordance With The Regulations And Guidelines Applicable To This Type Of Facilities.
