1. The Subject Of The Order Is The Execution Of The Task Entitled: Reconstruction Of Four Buildings At Ul. Rolnicza No. 13, 15, 17 And 19 In Toruń. 2. The Subject Of The Order Includes In Particular The Following Scope Of Work (For A Particular Building): 1) Insulation Works On The Facade, Replacement Of Window And External Door Frames And The Addition Of Balconies, 2) Replacement Of Part Of The Structure And The Entire Roof Covering, Including Replacement Of The Roof Hatch, 3) Construction Of An Elevator Shaft And Installation Of A Passenger Lift, 4) General Construction Renovation Of Residential Premises, Staircase And Basement, Including The Heating Station (Plastering, Cladding, Painting, Replacement Of Doors, Partition Walls, Floors), 5) Installation Of Water And Sewage Systems. And Central Heating Including White Assembly,6) Installation Of: Electrical Lighting, Lightning Protection, Plug Sockets And Power Switchboards, Lan Installation, Intercom, Television And Smoke Exhaust Installation,7) Implementation Of Land Development Elements (Pedestrian And Roadways, Sidewalks And Accesses, Small Architecture, Garbage Shelter, Playground, Greenery), Demolition Of The Existing Garage Building, Area Lighting And Construction Of A Sanitary, Storm And Sewage System Connection Water Supply Connection.3. The Contractor Will Complete The Subject Of The Order To The Extent And In The Manner Specified In The Design Documentation And The Technical Specification For The Execution And Acceptance Of Construction Works (Studies Prepared By Piotr Świrzyński, Running A Business Under The Name: Psbud Piotr Świrzyński, Including An Annex To The Architectural And Construction Design - The Employers Own Studies; Components Of The Design Documentation And Technical Specification For The Execution And Acceptance Of Construction Works Listed In Annex No. 1 To The Contract Template) And In Accordance With Applicable Legal Regulations, Standards, Construction And Gardening Practices, Based On The Inspection Of The Construction Site And In Accordance With The Administrative Decisions Held By The Ordering Party. The Contractor Will Perform The Work, Taking Into Account The Implementation And Application Of Treatments Aimed At Optimal Protection Of Trees And Shrubs On The Construction Site, In Accordance With The Guidelines Contained In Separate Provisions Of The Contract Template. 4.
