Tenders Are Invited For Deliveries Of Food Products, Delicatessen Products (Ready Meals), Frozen Vegetables And Fruits, Carried Out Successively Until June 30, 2027.

Part 1 - Deliveries Of Groceries, Delicatessen Products (Ready Meals)1. In The Assortment Of The Subject Of The Order, Specified In The Opz And The Offer Form, Which Constitute Annex No. 1 And No. 2 To The Swz, Respectively, The Ordering Party Requires That: 1) All Delivered Products Bear The Manufacturers Name (Logo) On Collective Packaging And On Unit Packaging; 2) The Delivered Products, In Accordance With The Polish Standard, Had A Product Label Specifying The Trade Name Of The Product, Raw Material Composition - Commercial Identification Document (Hdi); 3) Product Packaging Must Be Factory-Sealed, Undamaged And Must Not Show Any Signs Of Use, 4) Be Fresh And Of First Quality And Have A Certificate (The Identification Document Concerns, Among Others, Item 32 - Eggs), 5) The Products Are Marked With A Visible, Current Expiration Date. 2. The Contractor Is Obliged To: A) Successively Deliver The Subject Of The Order In The Range And Quantity Consistent With The Order Placed, On The Days And Hours Agreed By The Ordering Party, Delivery Frequency On Average 2 Times A Week, Between 06:30 And 08:30, B) Deliver Products Admitted To Trading, First Quality Goods, In Accordance With Applicable Standards, Marked With The Trade Name Of The Product, Packed And Transported In Conditions Consistent With Haccp Requirements, C) Carrying Out Deliveries In Accordance With The Requirements Specified In Legal Provisions, Including The Act Of August 25, 2006 On Food And Nutrition Safety (Journal Of Laws Of 2022, Item 2132, As Amended),
